Tourism Tasmania - www.discovertasmania.com.au The site that tells you nearly everything, but pictures and text can’t tell you what Tassie is really like, you need to hire one of our vans and really discover it for yourself.
Airport Undercover Security Parking – www.airportparkingserv.com.au This is where our vans are based, and where you will be picking up and dropping off the vehicles. These are the guys that will be picking you up, and dropping you back, so look for their mini buses.
Tasmanian Devil Park- www.tasmaniandevilpark.com About an hour out of Hobart on the way to Port Arthur at Taranna. This is a "must visit" place.Barilla Holiday Park- www.barilla.com.au
Run by the very friendly Sheryl & Martin, it is also the closest
campground to Hobart airport.
Horseshoe Inn – no web site, but cheap accommodation and meals, also very close to airport, but you need to book 03 6248 5010.
Heimat Chalets – We haven’t been there, but worth a look.
They won "Peoples Choice" Award this year and some of the comments
from their visitors are - "European standard" - "the best in
Tasmania" - "great spot" - "you have put a huge amount
into this"
